This is a translation project for a piece featured in an exhibition by artist Nara Bak, whose concept focuses on questioning what barrier-free truly means. The exhibition is particularly considerate of individuals who cannot physically visit the exhibition, especially those with visual impairments. It begins with the artist’s inquiry into how the artwork can be mediated to others without relying on visual experiences. Three writers were invited, who did not visually experience the exhibition but instead received written information via email from the artist, to deconstruct and then reconstruct (translate) the exhibition.
